Botox and Xeomin are proprietary organic compounds called neuromodulators. Neuromodulators block the brain’s ability to contract muscles. At Illuminate Real Beauty, we like to keep current on the latest techniques and technology - and keep you up to date as well. 

When these neuromodulator compounds found in Botox and Xeomin are injected into the facial muscles at crucial points, the brain does not detect the nerve’s signal to contract those particular muscles. 

The less the muscle contracts in areas that are notorious for developing wrinkles, the less wear and tear on the surrounding tissues and deeper layers of skin over time. That means that Botox and Xeomin are not only improving your appearance now, these products block further damage to the skin by consistently relaxing the muscle, preventing wrinkles from creasing deeper as time goes by. Neuromodulators like Botox and Xeomin actually prevent more wrinkles and fine lines from occurring.

We use fine point injectable needles and a keen knowledge of the facial muscles to inject these products into the skin to target wrinkles in specific areas notorious for deep wrinkles. The forehead, crows feet around the eyes, and the lines around the upper lip are common areas we target to encourage a more youthful look and prevent more wrinkles from creasing across your face.

The blood’s plasma contains high concentrations of rejuvenating and anti-aging properties called platelets. Platelets contain growth factors that promote cell growth. For this process, we draw the client’s own blood and collect it in vials, spin the contents in a centrifuge, separating the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma (PRP). We then extract the plasma from the vials for use in a syringe. 

After microneedling, we apply the plasma to the newly porous skin and ask the client to allow the plasma to remain on the skin for several hours so it can be most effective. This process drives the isolated growth factors into the skin creating a stimulus for tightening and rejuvenating the skin’s collagen. Our clients see jaw dropping results they love and swear by. Micro-needling is a dermaroller procedure that uses a technique that strategically punctures the skin to promote more collagen production. By inducing the production of your own collagen, stimulating its growth can reduce the negative effects of sagging skin and promote skin plumpness found in youthful skin.

At Illuminate Real Beauty we practice a technique that combines what we know about the healing properties of the body’s own platelet rich plasma (PRP) with the techniques of micro-needling to improve the health of the scalp. By stimulating the body’s own growth factors, this method activates the growth of actual hair follicles to promote new hair growth.

Our teeth whitening is dental grade, & plant-based, and been given FDA approval. With the product applied to your teeth we then use a special light to speed up the process and get more dramatic results from the whitening process. With a one-hour session, your teeth may whiten many shades brighter.
